Within Maastricht University's Venlo campus, students follow multidisciplinary educational programs, combining knowledge (food, health, consumer experience, business administration, food law and food technology) with application. Twelve teams of students from the Health Food Innovation Management master's program were tasked with developing healthy and sustainable food innovations. From dessert to snack, to drink, to tortilla, to vegan fish burger, etc. There will be an online event on June 10 where awards will be presented by a professional and public jury.
