On behalf of the LOF program, five students of Hogeschool Utrecht are making information about Limburg regional products accessible by means of an almanac. They are looking for your help to do this!
The goal of the innovative LOF program is to have healthy and as much locally produced food as possible on the work floor in Limburg, in education, sports and the hospitality industry. The aim is that every player in the chain is paid a fair price and that opportunities are created to reward sustainable investments.
Almanac Healthy Short Chains Limburg
.The realization of the "Almanac Healthy Short Chains Limburg" is one of the steps taken in the LOF program. In the almanac all kinds of information about the producer is shown, such as accessibility, the regional products offered, collaborations and sustainable aspects of the company. The almanac will be distributed to potential customers, buyers and stakeholders in Limburg.
In order to compile this almanac, as much information as possible is needed about Limburg producers and their regional products. The five students involved have drawn up a questionnaire to gather this information and are calling on all Limburg producers of regional products to fill in this list. Are you such a producer or do you know someone who should not be missing from the almanac? This is the link to the questionnaire!
