Sustainability & Innovation are indispensable in today's economy, they are really necessary to be and stay future-proof. Legislation, competitive pressure, new applications, changing roles in the chain and changing professional views are all factors that are important for an organization. Organizations must be able to respond to these environmental dynamics, adopt innovations, and continually adapt themselves. This involves the smaller improvements of today as well as the larger innovations of tomorrow. But how do you do that? How do you become a learning organization?
Often there are a lot of good ideas present, but there is a lack of execution power. In addition, scaling up the innovation is a challenge. How do you actually adopt and implement your innovations as an organization? Strategy, design and management of innovation: how do we focus our vision, how do we achieve our goals, how does this work in other places and what can we learn from each other?
In this Special Group we will be working on the strategy and organization around innovation. And is the connection with everyday practice and sparring with the other participants in the program central.
