201 Limburg companies have participated in the Future Proof Human Capital Scan. This scan was developed in a collaboration between the Limburg Employers Association, Zuyd University and Leo Loopbaan. The results will be presented this week, in the form of a magazine with practical examples, to all members of the Limburg Employers Association and other stakeholders.
The Future Proof Human Capital Scan consists of an extensive questionnaire developed on the basis of a literature study and a focus group with experts. The scan portrays the organizations on four pillars. The first pillar "strategy and business" measures the strategic embedding of (social) innovations. Pillar 2 "agility and flexibility" maps out the internal speed of change and thus the agility and decisiveness of organizations. "Flexible scaling up and down" is the third pillar. It measures the extent to which organizations are able to adapt their workforce to an increasingly volatile environment. Finally, pillar 4 "employability and sustainable employability" looks at the development of employees and to what extent attention is paid to improving sustainable employability.
The magazine "Vooruitzien" (looking ahead) was made as a result of the Future Proof Human Capital Scan. It contains an analysis of the 201 participating companies on the one hand, and many practical examples of entrepreneurs who started working as a result of the scan on the other.
