Caroz is a logistics control tower. In other words, Caroz organizes and manages logistics for its customers. The tenacious experts do this with smart TMS software through the head office in Venlo. In addition, Caroz has branches in Rotterdam, Hilversum and five offices in China. How important is the digitization of the world to Caroz? Sabine, laughing: "Indeed, we have translated our core values into the 4Vs: friendship, resourcefulness, connection and perseverance. Once we go into business for our clients, we are really there. Caroz coordinates goods flows for its customers by offering added value and connecting to its customers' processes. Sabine: "We realized the very first neutral control tower in the Netherlands. I'm proud of that and it makes us unique. We now have ten years of experience in building and expanding the control tower.
Sabine explains what a control tower actually is. "THE control tower is a combination of processes, people and systems. THE control tower offers all three of these components to coordinate the logistics flow for the customer." In addition, Caroz offers THE TMS (transport management software). "This is our control tower software. On the one hand, THE control tower uses this software. But customers, or shippers in this case, can also use it separately if they choose a TMS system."

Sabine emphasizes that a control tower provides added value to shippers and customers' daily processes. "A big advantage," Sabine emphasizes. "We go beyond arranging a truck from A to B. We look at the complete supply chain of our customers. Instead of micro-managing, we collect data that allows us to zoom out and explore with the customer where we can improve the process. In this way, we create tactical and strategic steering information for our customers. So they can enjoy flawless and worry-free transportation management.

Caroz is a sustainable and smart entrepreneur. Does she have any tips for other entrepreneurs to follow this example? Sabine: "Long-term cooperation is key. Ultimately, we need to work together to make the supply chain fit together. Any noise on the line causes disruptions. Do we get this right with our customers and partners? Then together with our customers we can make huge strides in reducing the footprint. "
