Master's program LWV in collaboration with the Open University
Power: the key to success for your organization
How do you keep your employees happy, productive and resilient? And how do you make sure their competencies stay up-to-date in this rapidly changing world? These topical human resource themes are addressed in the master program 'Resilience: the key to success for your organization'. This program has been specially developed by the Open University for LWV.
We live in a time of constant change. How you go through such a period as a person and as an organization depends largely on how you step into it. What is the foundation of your employees? Do they have enough energy and resilience to bounce back? In a deficit, such a period can have very different consequences, both mentally and physically.
Resilience is therefore a strategic requirement for any organization. Resilience is necessary to do business successfully and profitably in this dynamic and connected world. If you have sufficient resilience as an organization, then you can confidently assess risks and take full advantage of opportunities as they arise. Energy is the fuel needed to facilitate this resilience.
