Driving electric vans and trucks has many advantages. For example, you can simply use them to enter the zero-emission zones that will apply in more than twenty Dutch cities starting in 2025. Many companies in Limburg have already opted for electric vehicles. Is your company also thinking about this? Then get all the information you need during the Logistics Café 'Electric delivery van or truck? These are your opportunities and challenges!'

Program
Action's experience with electric driving and charging. The company has been operating two electric trucks since February 2023, so it has already gained a lot of experience with scheduling trips, whether or not to charge in between, and so on.
A practical roadmap that helps you buy and use an electric van or truck for your business. For example, you'll get information on:
- selecting the right vehicles;
- the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of an electric van and truck. The TCO is the total cost below the line, so it includes fuel costs and subsidies, among other things;
- the many subsidy opportunities available;
Charging your electric fleet:
- how does the electricity grid work and how does charging infrastructure fit into that;
- how can local public charging infrastructure at a truck park help you in your transition;
- there is grid congestion, or in other words, you can't request a new or heavier grid connection to charge your electric vehicles. We give concrete examples on what can still be done during grid congestion and how collaboration plays a big role in this.
The availability and development of logistic vehicles.
Energy hubs as a mitigating measure during grid congestion.
And of course you can exchange knowledge and expand your network during breaks and drinks afterwards.
Speakers include Action, Ferry Tap (Green Caravan), Maarten Venselaar (Enexis), Robert van den Hoed (NKL), Wim Schilders (Energie HandelsPlatform Pannenweg) and logistics broker Miranda Volker (Logistiekbereikbaar.nl). We will announce the final program later.
