Young farmers can apply for a subsidy between December 7, 2020 and February 12, 2021 for physical investments in making their agricultural business more sustainable. This subsidy is part of the 'Subsidy Regulation Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 Province of Limburg'.
Sustainability
This is the sixth opening of the Young Farmers Regulation within POP3. The investments contribute to an improvement of the environment, climate resistance, animal welfare, public and animal health, landscape, spatial quality or biodiversity.
Examples of such investments are solar panels, a mechanical manure separation plant, facilities for grazing, electric vehicles or a potting shed. The full list of eligible facilities and other conditions and obligations can be read here.
