Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality has launched the #LNVCommunity platform. The purpose of the platform is to communicate directly with farmers about (new) policy and to involve farmers in choices that are being made.
On this platform, 150 livestock farmers are discussing current topics, such as making animal products more sustainable and the contradictions that farmers experience. This community helps the Ministry to better align proposals and advice with practice. The fact sheet below explains how the community has been composed to date.
