Dutch-German high-tech scale-up 8vance, based at the Innovation Hub in Venlo, won second place in the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award last Thursday. The awards are presented each year to technology companies that are seen as current and future drivers of the Dutch economy.
8vance was able to show impressive revenue growth over the past three years, placing second in the election. It was the only Limburg company in the top 50.
Since its founding in 2013, 8vance has positioned itself as a pioneer in the digital skills-based job market. What started as an ambition to take a different approach to matching talent and companies has grown into an AI tool to help companies find, connect and develop the right talent faster and more effectively.

CEO and founder Han Stoffels is delighted with the award: "It is a testament to, an appreciation of, the hard work and drive of our entire team. This success would not be possible without everyone's commitment. We are proud of our achievements and the impact we are making in the labor market."
Stoffels sees the award as a milestone. "This award shows that we were and are on the right track. We will continue to innovate and work hard to help companies find the right people at the right time."
8vance has more than sixty employees and, in addition to its headquarters in Venlo, has branches in Naarden, Hengelo and the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca.
