Within the Keyport project Result-oriented Entrepreneurship (RGO) Irene Vervuurt strengthens the entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and employees. These are often overwhelmed by management and operational tasks which prevent them from working "ON" their company. Starting point is the specific growth question of the company. The approach focuses on a clear question, a point on the horizon and the process necessary to reach this point.

"The project taught me to set strategic goals for 1 to 3 years ahead" told Patrick. "Together with the key players in my company, we scrutinized our working methods and organization and looked at where things could be improved. I got a lot out of it and can therefore recommend project RGO to any entrepreneur with a growth or innovation question.
