What is NL Leert Door?

NL Leert Door is a government subsidy scheme that gives adults the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills. The aim is to support people in the labour market in their development and employability.

Within this subsidy scheme, NHA offers seven short, practice-oriented online learning courses. These include administrative skills, coaching skills, computer skills, management skills and personal effectiveness. The learning paths are flexible and have a study load of 15 to 29 hours. Your employees study online where and when it suits them. In this way, you take steps together to help your employees grow.

This grant is funded by the European Union.

NL Leert Door is intended for adults aged between 18 and the retirement age with a citizen service number. This makes this government grant accessible to a wide range of employees within organisations.

With NL Leert Door through NHA, you make development within your organisation accessible and achievable. NL Leert Door is a government subsidy that is currently available exclusively through NHA. Within this subsidy, NHA offers seven online learning courses that can be followed free of charge. This way, you offer your team the chance to develop further, in a way that suits their work and ambitions. This way, together, we ensure growth within the organisation in an accessible way.

Advantages of NL Leert Door for employers:

  • Cost-free development opportunity

  • Relevant for different functions and levels

Because of the wide range of courses on offer, the learning paths are applicable for different roles within the organisation. This way, every employee can develop further in a way that suits his or her function.

  • Low-threshold deployment

As an employer, you don't have to set up a complicated pathway. You can alert employees to the possibility and encourage them to choose a path that suits their work, ambitions or development needs. This way, NL Leert Door can be a practical addition to existing HR or development initiatives.
