On October 19, 2022, the Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award will be presented for the fourth time. We are looking for a sustainability pioneer who, in the spirit of Marc Cornelissen, with courage and perseverance, breaks through barriers to combat climate change and helps accelerate the circular transition. This incentive award is accompanied by a cash prize of € 35,000.
The impact of climate change is felt every day. It is this urgent context in which this award wants to prove its value by encouraging sustainability pioneers to persevere. The circular transition is an important answer to climate change. However, we need many pioneers to accelerate the circular transition and restore the balance with the earth for future generations. This includes changing the way we treat our food and waste, as well as changing the use of land and energy resources, and living more consciously and healthily.
