INDUSTR_I4.0

The INDUSTR_I4.0 ‘small projects fund’ is accelerating the digital transition within the manufacturing industry in the Dutch-German border region. The project does not focus on the frontrunners, but rather on the group of SMEs following behind them. The focus is on the adoption and implementation of digital technology to accelerate SME innovation. A total of €10 million is available for this purpose. INDUSTR_I4.0 runs from 2024 to 2027 and is supported by the Interreg VI Germany-Netherlands programme.

We aim to assess projects within 8 weeks of the cut-off date. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.

Cut-off dates

INDUSTR_I4.0 operates with so-called cut-off dates. On these dates, all submitted proposals are collated. The complete proposals are submitted to the expert committee. Applications can be made at any time. 

During the INDUSTR_I4.0 project, the cut-off dates will always fall on the following days:

• 28 February
• 31 May
• 30 September
• 31 December

The final cut-off date is scheduled for 31 December 2026.
