Workshop: Data Driven Employer Branding for SMEs

The labor market is structurally tight and constantly changing. To attract, motivate and retain the right employees in this challenging environment, it is essential to work on a strong employer brand as an employer. But how do you create a distinctive brand that ensures the right talent chooses your organization?

We would like to invite you to our Employer Brand Workshop on Thursday, October 31 from 1 to 4 pm at Het Perron in Weert. During this interactive session, using a data-driven employer brand platform, we will work together to identify the needs of your organization.

We will focus on the following questions:

• What is the status of your current employer brand compared to a benchmark and/orcompetitors? competitors?
• What makes your organization attractive to potential employees?
• What skills of your employees are essential to achieve your futureorganizational strategy? organizational strategy?
• How do you measure and improve your employer brand to attract, motivate and retain the right employees? attract, motivate and retain the right employees?

Prior to the workshop

After registration, you will receive a link to a short employer brand survey that serves as the basis for our session. By completing this questionnaire, we can get straight to work with specific insights for your organization.
