Quick Responsive Manufacturing (QRM)4.0, a project of Interreg Euregio Meuse-Rhine, supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in optimizing the lead time of their production processes.
Date and time: March 9, 2022, 9:00 - 13:15
The project will enable SMEs in the manufacturing industry to roll out digital technologies through coaching, training and sharing expertise and best practices. Companies in the manufacturing industry need to be able to respond increasingly quickly to market developments and offer a wide range of products or even customization. However, the production of many small orders in a short lead time requires flexibility, which in turn can incur additional costs. How the company meets this challenge will increasingly determine their competitive advantage.
On how to shorten the lead time in the manufacturing industry, QRM4.0 project partners Zuyd Hogeschool (Lectorate Data Intelligence, Lectorate Employability) and Brightlands Smart Services Campus are organizing a "Demonstrator Workshop Applied AI for SMEs in the manufacturing industry" on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
