What is the intended outcome of the PVB Limburg and SPUk initiative to make commercial real estate more sustainable?
These are the goals:
- As of May 1, 2027, the level of organization at at least 49 industrial parks in Limburg has been strengthened and/or increased to make these industrial parks more sustainable.
- During the project period, a Limburg knowledge and expertise center was established as part of the national “network of regional support centers” set up by the national Program for the Sustainability of Industrial Parks in the Netherlands (PVB Nederland).
- By May 1, 2027, at least 10 business parks in Limburg will have implemented a local energy hub and/or collective projects focused on greening and/or climate adaptation.
