An innovative idea doesn't stop at the border

STIPP Call 4 is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to develop an innovative product, service, or process in collaboration with partners from the Meuse-Rhine region.
This offers entrepreneurs a great opportunity. Cross-border collaboration can provide access to new knowledge, technology, markets, and complementary expertise. STIPP also helps make this collaboration financially feasible: €3 million is available for Call 4, and projects can receive up to 50% co-financing.

As STIPP’s lead partner, LIOF helps entrepreneurs find the right international partners, build a strong consortium, and provides support with the application.

And this approach is working: in the previous call for proposals, 10 cross-border innovation projects were selected, with €2.2 million in funding awarded and 26 companies from the region participating.

Contact René Kessen at LIOF to find out if your idea is a good fit for STIPP. The deadline for Call 4 is October 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

“STIPP can be a great catalyst, especially for entrepreneurs who have an innovative idea but haven’t yet found the right partner across the border. We help you make the right connections and work together to turn an idea into a concrete innovation project.”
