Subsidieregeling Private Laadinfrastructuur bij bedrijven (SPRILA)

SPRILA

Are you a business owner looking to install charging infrastructure for electric work vehicles or other electric vehicles on your own or leased premises? The Private Charging Infrastructure Subsidy Scheme for Businesses (SPRILA) is available for this purpose. This scheme helps businesses invest in private charging points.

Update SPRILA 2027

We expect the SPRILA to open at the end of January 2027. Funding for this scheme has been set aside up to and including 2030 under the Multi-year Programme for the Recirculation of Lorry Tolls (VWH) and the Climate and Energy Fund.

Who is it for?

This scheme is for business owners who:

  • install charging infrastructure;
  • be registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and;
  • have their business based in the Netherlands.

The scheme also applies to public transport concession holders (companies that provide bus and train services).

Your business must carry out economic activities. For example, selling products or providing services in return for payment.

Do the organisations listed below regularly carry out an economic activity? If so, we can also regard them as businesses:

  • companies
  • housing associations
  • healthcare organisations
  • associations

The scheme applies to businesses that own electric vehicles (cars, vans, taxis, public transport buses, coaches, lorries) or construction machinery. The following businesses may also make use of this scheme:

  • a business owner with employees who drive electric vehicles;
  • businesses with customers who own electric vehicles or
  • property owners with tenants who need charging infrastructure.

Are you an SME business owner? If so, you are eligible for higher grant amounts. You must, however, include an SME declaration with your grant application. Please see the SME declaration page for further information and the SME declaration.

Applications

You can apply for a grant from 9.00 am on 20 January 2026 until 12.00 noon on 18 December 2026.
