These are technologies or working methods that have already proved successful in other companies, but are new to our own organisation.

The grant is intended for projects that lead to demonstrable improvements, such as more efficient working practices, lower costs or reduced consumption of energy and raw materials.

The grant is aimed at projects within four themes:

• Digitisation of business processes.
• Sustainability measures, such as energy saving or the more efficient use of raw materials.
• Circularity, such as the reuse of materials or waste streams.
• Labour productivity, such as automation or organising work processes more efficiently.

Who is it for?

• An SME as defined in the introductory paragraph and point 1 of Article 1 of these further subsidy rules (links to another website) (opens an external website) (fewer than 250 employees and a maximum of €50 million in turnover or €43 million in balance sheet total).
• A consortium comprising at least two SMEs may submit a joint application.

What is it for?

• Working more efficiently and increasing labour productivity.
• Lower costs and less waste of raw materials.
• Lower energy consumption and reduced CO₂ emissions.
• Smarter and more digital business processes.
