Symposium Weerbaar Limburg
How resilient is your organisation in a world where crises, geopolitical tensions and hybrid threats are becoming ever more prevalent? And how do you prepare your staff for this? What role can lifelong learning play in this regard? These questions will be the focus of the ‘Resilient Limburg’ symposium.
Resilience touches on a number of areas: from crisis management and civil-military cooperation to the labour market, education and organisational development. It is precisely for this reason that it is an increasingly pressing issue for government, the education sector and the business community. Together with regional partners, Maastricht University’s Academy for Lifelong Development is working to create a coherent range of lifelong learning programmes centred on this societal challenge.
During the interactive symposium ‘Weerbaar Limburg’, we will bring together practice, policy and education, and engage in discussion with you about what is needed to make organisations and people future-proof and resilient. Through this symposium, we aim to inspire, inform and connect professionals from the regional labour market.
