The Nature-Inclusive Agriculture Foundation (NIL) is organising this inspiration day in collaboration with its partners, Natuurrijk Limburg and LLTB. Together, they are committed to delivering an inspiring and practical day centred on sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences and exploring the possibilities of nature-inclusive agriculture.
You’ll be given practical guidance on how to take steps towards nature-inclusive agriculture, and you’ll learn about the collaborative work carried out within the NIL Foundation.
The morning plenary session will begin with a guest speaker explaining what nature-inclusive agriculture entails and how it fits into a revenue model. This will be followed by an interactive panel discussion with farmers from Limburg, each of whom is at a different stage of nature-inclusive agriculture. There will also be a focus on collaboration within the NIL Foundation, where we aim to work with a number of partners towards a shared goal.
Workshops
After lunch, there will be an interactive afternoon programme. You can take part in various workshops, for example on soil optimisation and grassland management. At the market square, various stakeholders will be on hand to assist farmers with practical guidance, personalised advice and concrete ways to get started. For example, the Natuurrijk Limburg Cooperative will be there with an ANLb speed-dating area. Do drop by for a brief introduction and discover the opportunities available in agricultural nature and landscape management (ANLb) for your land and farm operations.
