OML stands for Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Midden-Limburg. We develop sustainable business parks in the region. In doing so, we ensure a balanced economy that is prepared for the future. Entrepreneurs can turn to us for assistance in establishing their businesses. Sometimes this involves new entrepreneurs, but often it’s also about helping existing entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
OML has been committed to sustainability since its founding in 1998. Our expertise lies in the responsible development of sustainable and green business parks in (Central) Limburg.
OML is participating in a consortium with LIOF and LWV to develop a province-wide approach for future-proof business parks. Over the next few years, the level of organization will be increased at 59 sites with the aim of achieving better sustainable results. At 10 of these sites, work is also underway on climate adaptation or the development of an energy hub. Experts from LWV and OML are helping these business parks organize themselves internally so that businesses located there can implement not only individual but also collective measures to improve sustainability. Requests and questions regarding sustainable energy and energy hubs are addressed by OML’s experts.
